We're very excited to be hosting a conversation with David Emerald, author of “The Power of TED*: The Empowerment Dynamic”. David’s work has been highly influential throughout the conscious business movement; he is a favorite speaker at the annual conference and CEO Summit - and an expert in helping leaders and teams identify, navigate and minimize drama.

What is the cost of drama in your workplace? Too often, we tend to be reactive – acting in the roles of Victim, Persecutor and Rescuer within our organizations - and with our clients, suppliers and investors. David's expertise is in helping us identify and shift to more productive, resilient and effective actions in these situations; and how to coach others in doing so as well.

In this interactive session, he will share from his upcoming book, “3 Vital Questions: Transforming Workplace Drama” guiding us to apply this inquiry:

  • Where are you putting your focus?
  • How are you relating?
  • What actions are you taking?

Come and participate in an engaging learning experience with your Conscious Capitalism community here in Chicago.

Refreshments will be provided.

David’s current book, “The Power of TED” will be available for purchase and book signing.

You are invited to join the Chicago Chapter Book Club
